A focused, paid service where we evaluate your project's feasibility. We research zoning, Environmental Critical Areas (ECA), site features, setbacks, utilities, and more. You receive a clear feasibility report and a realistic starting price structure.
Needs Analysis & Collaborative Planning
We explore your goals in detail, review plans, and apply value engineering.
Proposal & Agreement
You receive a clear, detailed proposal with itemized pricing, inclusions, timeline, and payment schedule.
